About Sara Parente, LCSW

Sara Parente is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor with 10 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, and adults. Sara has worked within various settings including partial hospitalization programs, intensive in-home services, and outpatient settings both online and in-person. She believes in taking the time to get to know each client and their individual needs and goals within the treatment. There must be a strong foundation of trust and rapport before true therapeutic work can begin. Sara believes in implementing many different therapy modalities including principles from Mindfulness, and CBT, as well as solution-focused strategies.
