About Angela Conforti, MSW, LSW

Angela is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working towards receiving her LCSW.  Angela specializes in treating anxiety-related disorders and works with individuals living with OCD. Her personal journey through living with OCD and anxiety has created her passion for helping clients live meaningful lives in spite of fear.  

Angela utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, mindfulness and meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to help clients work through, and change their relationship with their anxiety. Her non-judgmental therapeutic approach involves being able to accept and fully welcome all emotions and feelings just as they are.

Angela's goals for the future include continuing to work with individuals one-on-one, but also continuing to be part of mental health causes that she is passionate about.
